I am currently about to prepare the first return for my limited company
and I'm finding the website you have to use for this is quite simply
unusable. It appears you have to download an interactive PDF and fill it
out however it simply loads the following message in the default reader:

Does anyone have any idea why this is not working correctly? Will I have
to install a different viewer to do this? In this day and age we really
should not have to re-jig our computers every time we do something like
this. Very poor design.
