I can't really offer any discussion without a definition for the word "leader" in the context of a LoCo, and more specifically the California LoCo.
Perhaps we should create the wiki ourselves, since we're insistent on having one? Maybe it would help if we assumed a specific title instead of "leader". Like "President" or "Speaker of the House" or "Colonel". Kevin
