We will be hosting a Linux Machine Show on Sunday evening, downtown SF, to commemorate Maverick Meerkat. The location is Cafe Ariana, 842 Geary (near Hyde), 6p-9p. Bring your favorite Linux hardware to show off. So far we have signed up:
- OLCP XO-1 - Asus 12" EEEpc (1201pn) - Google Nexus One - Google I/O dev phone (G2) - TS-7800 ARM development board The venue serves coffee drinks, herbal teas, falafel, gyro, burgers, and grilled hot dogs. BYOB. If you don't see anybody nerdy when you walk in, head for the upstairs room. Please drop me a line if you plan to bring any hardware so we can make sure there are plenty of power strips & tables. Also we can have a display if anybody has free software related music or art to bring. See you there! http://www.yelp.com/biz/ariana-cafe-san-francisco On Tue, Oct 5, 2010 at 2:34 PM, Jamal Fanaian <[email protected]> wrote: > Hi, > I'm trying to find out if we're having a release party in the bay area.
