I LOVE the idea of the O-H-I-O people silhouettes, but I'm curious about the licensing of that graphic:
http://www.google.com/images?q=o%20h%20i%20o%20people it's clear that image belongs to someone (looks like it was created by matt2364), i intend to throw my vote toward that logo but i'd hate to have someone pissed off at us 2 months from now for "stealing" their art. I'm thinking if we go with that logo (again, i really hope we do [?]) we should make our own O-H-I-O silhouettes - shouldn't be too difficult I dont think if we can get 4 people willing to pose for a picture of each letter, then do some quick filter work to create the silhouettes.
