While I prefer hand-carrying items to the conference, I realize that this may not be an option for all. Also, in regards to a schedule of working the table, I believe at last count we had 10 people willing to work the booth. If we only had something like four, I would definitely say a schedule would be best; however, since we do have so many, I would like those that have volunteered to check with the booth between talks. I do not believe we will need more than three or four at the table at any given time. So just stop by and check to see if we need to swap. Personally, I didn't see too many talks that I would like to attend; but there are a lot of people I would like to talk to since I haven't seen them in a year. :) If people would like a schedule, please say something. I will then ask for the times you are planning on attending talks and what time frames you would like to be at the booth, I will accommodate the talks, and the other times as best as I can.
