Brian: The map was initially mentioned as an NEO thing, but at this point, I think it's being opened to the Entire LoCo. I personally have my Ubuntu Lists filtered so I can look at them at my leisure vs filling up my inbox.
Not many people know about the google group. Where is it listed or where would a new person find out about it? To me, this is another thing that is limiting new users from participating, LACK OF INFORMATION being available. These sorts of things need to be easy to find if we want to encourage participation. Of course, if people DON'T want to encourage participation, then feel free to have things secretive/hard to find/etc. Sorry if that's passive aggressive, but the vibe I get from a surprising number of people is that things should be "exclusive" to specific types of people or something.
