Logs are posted by a bot to irclogs.ubuntu.com at URLs like this:
http://irclogs.ubuntu.com/2011/06/21/%23ubuntu-us-oh.html
Adjust the month and day as appropriate while remembering that the bot
logs in GMT instead of our local time.
