All of this interest is really good, but part of the reason I want to have some organization is to make sure we don't have an overload of people on the backside of the booth at any particular time, and I want to make sure everyone that wants to volunteer gets a chance. I don't want to turn anyone away the day of (because of overloading), which could be perceived as demoralizing. I think things will just go smoother if we have a plan.
