In Texas, we have #ubuntu-dallas and #ubuntu-houston, as well as a general #ubuntu-us-tx (just idlers, no one ever talks). We haven't decided on a contact for Texas, though from what I understand, Belinda has been the "unofficial contact" for a while now. I don't think we have really given it much thought.
