I think that setting up an Ubuntu Conference would be suitably epic. Ubuntu
Live was a great for invigorating the community, and I think that another
one would help even more. I think that the most effective way would be to
try to hold it at a currently well-established conference (much like Ubuntu
Live was held before OSCON).
