Bug description:
The autopilot machine running the tests does not have connectivity,
and all autopilot tests should be runnable offline. The RSS Reader
currently uses jquery from web and google services.
[Test Case]
1. Use 'gufw' to Deny outgoing ports 80 and 443
2. Run autopilot run ubuntu_html5_theme
