webbrowser-app had been made a QGuiApplication with the switch to oxide.
However it was reverted to QApplication when the filePicker branch was
merged, in order to get a decent-looking file dialog on desktop.

Bug description:
The WebBrowserApp class inherits from QApplication, which depends on QWidgets.
Since the browser app doesn’t need widget, it would be more efficient to make
this class inherit from QGuiApplication.
