webapps do not work on desktop with touch web browser

Bug description:
When the ubuntu touch web browser is set as the default web browser,
and any web app pinned to the launcher is opened, the webbrowser-app
opens but does not load the respective web app. It opens directly to
ubuntu.com startpage. Further, upon manually going to facebook,
scrooling down produces screen flicker which is very annoying
