Bug description:
Multiple issues here:
1) scroll bars (vertical and horizontal) should not be visible until you
start scrolling. in qtwebkit they are only displayed during kinetic scrolling.
2) scroll bars should be thinner (try existing webbrowser-app with qtwebkit)
