Bug description:
We get lots of warnings like this when viewing https URL's:
[1016/225514:ERROR:nss_ocsp.cc(612)] No URLRequestContext for NSS HTTP
handler. host: gtglobal-ocsp.geotrust.com
It looks like we're missing a call to
net::SetURLRequestContextForNSSHttpIO()
