Webapps which can work with online accounts are now automatically
proposing to create an account, or use one if available in the system.
This applies to: facebook & twitter, with google apps coming just next.

Bug description:
The new webapp-container does not support the creation of online
accounts when visiting web sites which are integrated with the system,
ie which online accounts can manage centrally.
