Public bug reported: While testing the new Oxide build I noticed that the rendering of this video resulted in a lot of video frames skipping. The audio was mostly ok.
Reference for the video ad: http://pages.ebay.com/shoptheworld/ I verified that my network link was not the cause for the problem, by playing the add with another phone/OS. I also re-played the add a few times, probably using the cached version. But frames were still skipped during video playback. I noticed that when playing the ad, the CPU was used at around 180% by the oxide render process. no other processes were consuming that much CPU apart from the foreground browser app. The issue has been reproduced on the N4, with build 1.4.1.
