added savilerow task, since this seems to be caused by wrong apparmor
rules (we use teh krillin custom tarball unmodified on arale so the
generated cache is wrong)

trying to start the HERE maps app on an arale device with image 146 (vivid,
devel-proposed) results in the app not starting...
the application log shows the following messages:
