Web Browser App Mult-tab view: Only the latest page is displayed
normally, previous ones are displayed all black.

Bug description:
arale device, r157, ubuntu-touch/vivid-proposed
1) Launch web browser
2) Open several tabs by swipe from bottom and tap on "New Tab", and browse to
a URL
3) Check multi-tab vew by swipe from bottom
Result:
Only the latest page is displayed normally, previous ones are all black.
(see snapshot)
Expect:
There should be better preview for those in-active pages.
BTW, this may be a regression issue after r137. Looks fine with r137
according to iahmad.
