It looks like my previous analysis was wrong: the offset isn’t due to
the page scale factor, it’s due to the locationBarController’s height
and offset not being taken into account. This can be fixed without an
additional API in oxide.

Version: ubuntu-touch/devel-proposed/krillin.en r67 vegetahd
Steps to reproduce:
* Open browser
* Go to http://community.ubuntu.com/
* Try and select some of the paragraphs of text
Expected result
- the light blue text selection box is drawn around the paragraphs selected
Actual result:
- box in wrong place
- copying the text and pasting someone confirms that the text selected does
not match the highlighted area
