The source tree ships oxide.qmltypes which is generated by a local build
and committed to the tree. However, when we build against Qt5.5 some
types don't actually exist:
oxide::qmlplugin::DownloadRequest
oxide::qmlplugin::LoadEvent
oxide::qmlplugin::SslCertificate
