Public bug reported:
We expose a HTTP devtools interface, which is great for remote
debugging. It's also possible for local debugging by pointing an in-app
webview at the devtools interface, but we should be able to do better
than this.
It would be good to have a devtools QQuickItem that can be attached to a
local WebView without exposing the devtools HTTP interface (like in
Chrome), for in-app debugging.
