Bug 1538249 will mean that a webview isn't the only thing that can host
a WebContents, so we should remove all of the input event handling and
compositing bits from oxide::WebView and put it somewhere more
appropriate (I'm currently putting all of the drag/drop stuff in our
WebContentsView implementation, so it probably makes sense there)
