Confirming the bug on 9.04 too. VGA works ok, when switching to HDMI i get image for a blink, and after fall in black, and so on ... asus P5Q-EM here. In 8.10 somehow I get it to work ... I think it was selecting a LCD generic panel somewhere and resolution i wanted ... in 9.04 I am blocked ... :(
