That looks really good know! Thanks a bunch! :) I didn't know the Xorg Edgers PPA, yet, but with this and the current version of 2.6.30 (i had one installed some few weeks ago) it works like a charm again. No swap eating, dual screen working perfectly and suspending is exczellent again! Only needed to fit the screen names, which changed from LVDS to LVDS1 and VGA accordingly.
> Do you also have the problem requiring UXA in jaunty's KDE? With 4.2 i only used EXA which was working fine. I'm afraid, i don't have the original version to test it. -- UXA leads to 100% swap consumption https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/398181 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu-X, which is subscribed to xserver-xorg-video-intel in ubuntu. _______________________________________________ Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-x-swat Post to : [email protected] Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-x-swat More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
