I haven't been able to replicate this bug on a fresh profile, after a few minutes of browsing. However, I have not been able to find a way to replicate it reliably with my normal profile. It seems to eventually just happen when I'm watching youtube videos. So I can't say for sure that it wouldn't occur with a fresh profile.
