I am having the same problem after deleting maverick and installing natty. I am using a HP Touchsmart tx2 and originally thought it might be the touchscreen playing up but after reading other responses it seems it might not be that. I never mad the probem in maverick and seems to occur in natty on the Live CD and on my installation.
