This configuration DOES HAVE the konsole problem for me: kernel 2.6.35-28-generic (amd64 maverick kernel) OR 2.6.38-8-generic (amd64 natty kernel) xserver-xorg 1.10.1-1ubuntu1 (natty package) nvidia-current 270.41.06-0ubuntu1 (natty package)
This configuration DID NOT have the problem for me: kernel 2.6.35-28-generic (amd64 maverick kernel) xserver-xorg 1.9.0-0ubuntu7.3 (maverick package) nvidia-current 270.41.06-0ubuntu~xup~maverick (ubuntu x-swat package) xserver-xorg being the only difference.
