I tested this patch with put the patch under debian/ dir of the package, and use debian tool to generate the package.
not tested -proposed, since the MX53/MX51 is actully ARM based. Can I get the -proposed package with ARM cross-compiled ? BTW, this evtouch(event based input device ) is more common on ARM based hardware/board.
