You cannot remove that package. The mesa package libgl1-mesa-dri depends on all three libdrm packages (libdrm-intel1, libdrm-nouveau1a, libdrm-radeon1). The main xserver (xserver-xorg-core) depends on those same three libdrm packages (via libdrm2). Thus xserver, drm and mesa are linked together.
