Same issue, on a late August Oneiric (amd64) fresh install. Using the above-mentionned workaround or fixing manually the symlink: # rm /usr/lib32/libGL.so.1 # ln -s /usr/lib32/fglrx/libGL.so.1 /usr/lib32/libGL.so.1
Solves the problem, although in a non-optimal manner. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu-X, which is subscribed to fglrx-installer in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/852811 Title: /usr/lib32/libGL.so linking on amd64 breaks wine with fglrx To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/fglrx-installer/+bug/852811/+subscriptions _______________________________________________ Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-x-swat Post to : [email protected] Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-x-swat More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
