However to have two finger scrolling activated I have to execute 
# xinput --set-prop --type=int --format=32 "SynPS/2 Synaptics TouchPad" 
"Synaptics Two-Finger Pressure" 10

Otherwise enabling two finger scroll in system-settings does not have
any effect at all. I do not think there is even a way to set this value
graphically...

Please adapt the default.
