Hi, i updated my 11.10 to 12.04 and i can' t get fglrx to work properly.
i tried jockey and manuel installation, removing everything and doing it again.
But somehow it alwas ends up not working correctly.
my current Xorg. log contains
[ 2118.333] (EE) fglrx(0): atiddxDriScreenInit failed, GPS not been
initialized.
[ 2118.363] (EE) fglrx(0): XMM failed to open CMMQS connection.(EE) fglrx(0):
[ 2118.363] (EE) fglrx(0): XMM failed to initialize
which hints to the fact that the kernel module is missing
and jockey gives somthing like

Module build for the currently running kernel was skipped since the
kernel source for this kernel does not seem to be installed.
