Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: xserver-xorg-input-synaptics
I can see from launchpad that the package was deleted:
# Removal requested on 2009-06-08.
# Deleted on 2009-06-08 by Steve Langasek
(From Debian) renamed to xserver-xorg-input-synaptics; only provides obsolete
packages
However, there is no alternative to it, and I think that the deletion
should be of the obsoleted xorg-driver-synaptics, and not of xserver-
xorg-input-synaptics. To use the touchpad on my Aspire On while running
the lpia port, I have to download and install the deleted package.
