Ok, thank you Robert for verifying that debian are infact fine, I must have been simply confused, sorry for the noise.
The mesa 7.11 in Ubuntu Oneiric do still have this bug. I would be nice to add a ubuntu/oneiric/+source/mesa to the Affected list of this bugreport.
