Public bug reported:
My Dell XPS 13 Ultrabook can't detect Cypress Trackpad correctly.
It detected as 'ImPS/2 Generic Wheel Mouse'.
'Cypress Trackpad' works just basic function not fully.
The trackpad(touchpad)'s L-button and R-button works and scrolling and
dragging work not perfectly.
Tapping work not perfectly, either.
For tapping, I should tap and hold the tapping for about 1sec. and then, it
recognize tapping.
