I read both sites, but did not find any hint there that solved my problem. The problem occurs also when simply booting the Kubunty CD, therefore I thought that providing a list of running applications and daemons was not necessary. I also wrote that killed everything that I can kill, leaving only a minimum KDE desktop remaining.
The reportbug command was not useful in my case because the computer was so slow that I was not able to get the internet connection working. Therefore I had to write the bug ticket manually on another computer with a working Ubuntu installation.
