I have not experienced any particular problems with Ubuntu or Ubuntu 2D
using this driver.

However, I have experienced two issues which cause a minor concern for
me.

If I scroll quickly enough, I have a diagonal 'line' which runs on my
monitor from its "northwest" to its "southeast" corner. It's not really
a line per se, rather the illusion of a line, as it appears that one
half of the screen is refreshing "before" the other half. I am assuming
for now that this is more to do with my refresh rate, but I must say
that I did not experience this on the same computer two months ago when
I was running Windows XP.

Additionally, on shutdown I no longer see an account of the computer's
"final processes" in the terminal, or whatever was previously displayed.
Instead, I get a distorted image of my desktop background (which is
currently set to rotate through the default desktops).

Aside from this however, it does appear that the card is functioning
correctly, and applications which used to drag due to graphic content
(i.e, Software Center) are now quite visibly faster and more responsive.

I'm currently at work and away from the computer I'm using Ubuntu on,
and I'd like to provide more comprehensive details if they are
warranted. Please advise. :)
