Urm, now I see that an ubuntu-devel post, from Didier, says "Already
present in precise, but doesn't seem to trigger as often as in quantal."
So I may be wrong about that part. That'd make me less confident of why
this started for you when you upgraded to Q.
But that bug is still my best guess. Undupe if you want, obviously.
