I think I found what was wrong for me : it's the ethernet atl1c driver !

I had freezes on 12.04 and on 12.10. I unpluged my ethernet, that used
atl1c driver, and only use wifi now, and no more random freezes.

As I could find on the net, atl1c is still marked as experimental ! They
changed some things in one of the 3.2.x kernel (I can't say what, I
don't understand every technical things..) and it seems worse for more
people now.
