As X is started for each user, control can be returned to the actual machine by killing that particular X session via SSH once the user has attempted to log out.
ALL input via the keyboard and mouse is completely ignored until X is killed. Even the CAPS LOCK button doesn't work. I cannot find anything in any of the logs that suggest there has ever been a problem. Perhaps I'm looking in the wrong place? I have no idea why this has been sent to the fglrx queue. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu-X, which is subscribed to fglrx-installer in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1047610 Title: Xorg freeze when logging out To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/fglrx-installer/+bug/1047610/+subscriptions _______________________________________________ Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-x-swat Post to : ubuntu-x-swat@lists.launchpad.net Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-x-swat More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
