If I manually copy /etc/modprobe.d/nvidia-current_hybrid.conf.dpkg-new to /etc/modprobe.d/nvidia-current_hybrid.conf, the nvidia driver load normally, glxgears rotating fast. In Precise this file was installed automatically.
