Recently NVIDIA published the LGPL source code for the OpenMAX gstreamer
plugins. A copy can be found at https://gitorious.org/nvtegra-gst.
Please provide a package.
NOTE: We probably need a development package of the nvidia driver which
supplies the needed headers.
