Hi Joey, I doubt this is a Unity issue. However, I'm trying to determine how you are setting your resolution. I see you are using the binary fglrx driver from the Ubuntu archives, so are you using the Catalyst Control Center or are you using the Displays settings in Ubuntu to set your resolution?
At this time, I'm going to mark the Unity bug Invalid and file this bug against the fglrx-installer package. Thanks! ** Also affects: fglrx-installer (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Changed in: unity (Ubuntu) Status: New => Invalid -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu-X, which is subscribed to fglrx-installer in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1168172 Title: manually set resolution but when unit sleeps or reboots resolution automatically reverts to default To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/fglrx-installer/+bug/1168172/+subscriptions _______________________________________________ Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-x-swat Post to : ubuntu-x-swat@lists.launchpad.net Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-x-swat More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
