What exactly do you mean by not work? (Monitor off, or has signal but black, or flashing no signal?)
Please describe the sequence of events and your observations. (Preferrably with something like xrandr at each point to see what the hardware thinks). E.g. 1. Before suspend. Obs: eDP at native, DP at native 2. Suspend. Obs: everything shuts down 3. Resume. Obs: eDP at native, DP off 4. Restart X.
