I wonder if Alan's issue is related to the interesting effect of running at 1360 vs 1366 we see on his machine (https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xserver-xorg-video- intel/+bug/1283568). Ryan can you also please attach your Xorg.0.log when this occurs to you? Is it immediate? Does it show up in screenshots? etc
