Please sync pixman 0.32.6-3 (main) from Debian unstable (main)
Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
* Merge from Debian unstable. Remaining changes:
- Pass --disable-vmx on ppc64el to work around testsuite failure.
Fixed in debian + new upstream bugfix release and enable hardening
