My computer is not buggy and this Bios is working well since Xubuntu 10! This an Ubuntu bug! I discovered, that a fresh generated xorg.conf solves my problem. In Xubuntu 14.10 I didn't need a xorg.conf, but now. Somehow Ubuntu didn't load the right driver module for my graphics card.
