Previous PC not with me anymore, but I have another with same problem.
Switching to UXA AccelMethod solve this problem:
~# cat /usr/share/X11/xorg.conf.d/10-disable-sna.conf
Section "Device"
Identifier "Intel Graphics"
Driver "intel"
Option "AccelMethod" "uxa"
EndSection
** Changed in: xserver-xorg-video-intel (Ubuntu)
Status: Incomplete => New
