In the next comment, you will findthe output of xrandr --verbose, when both monitors are enabled, with the original (non patched) drivers. I must say that the patch you posted in comment #47 works perfectly when it comes to wake the monitor after some time of sleep. Only the problem of black screens when switching from one to two screens enabled remains.
